“Just moved to the area and was in need of some steaks & didn’t want to hit HEB so I searched google and this place popped up. First and foremost the hospitality was excellent. Adam was on top of his game breaking down different cuts explaining a little back story and really making me feel like my money is going to a place that really cares about their product and the people they serve. We settled on a couple of Denver steaks and though these were the first of that particular cut I’ve had they certainly won’t be the last!!!!🤝 to me it’s the perfect alternative to a ribeye. I just want to say thank you to Adam and the rest of the team you guys were amazing….!”
