Josh Crouch, sales manager Ryan, and Johnnie Gonzalez were absolutely fantastic! I could not ask for a better experience. I walked out of a dealership closer to where I live because I was dismissed by the salesman and treated like I didn't matter at all. Not so at Luling Chevrolet Buick GMC. ALL these men treated me with the utmost respect, listened to me, and were exceptional with their communication with me. What they said they would do, they did. I so appreciate that in a company. When I went to pick up the car, Josh Crouch gave me the attention I needed, answered every question, and was so helpful, even though I was keeping him past closing time--he never made me feel rushed. All of them had such positive attitudes and seemed like they enjoyed their job! What a great experience!
