I receive by e-mail and direct mail coupons on corporate looking format (Covert/Bastrop, Luling Chevrolet, All-American/Killeen). Although I purchased my 2022 Colorado from All American, I went for my first service here in Luling. My second service I was unable to book an appointment on-line and call Luling and was transferred four times to service and no body ever answered so I went to Covert Bastrop. My third service was in Luling and I booked it on-line when I presented a corporate coupon for oil change with tire rotation to the service department I was told by the service manager that it would not be honored in Luling. Thus I just received the oil change. I drove to Bastrop and Covert rotated my tires. I will most likely continue to use Covert since the service department is customer service friendly.

Joshua Crouch in Sales was great at listening to what we wanted and needed, and the finance department worked with us to get the apr and payment just where we needed it to be.

The staff in the service department was friendly, professional, and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced on the timeline that worked best for me and the service department went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with my experience at this dealership.

My sales consultant, Clint Mohle, was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. The rest of the staff we worked with were equally courteous as well. The entire buying process was transparent and very easy.

Easy transaction. We had the deal worked out on the phone before I arrived. Paperwork was ready to go. Rep was awesome. Thoroughly explained the truck features to me, was responsive and great to work with. I feel like I got a very fair deal and would recommend working with this dealership.

My husband found a truck he really liked at this dealership. He went in on a Friday and was given a price for the new truck and given a trade in price for his current truck. The following day he contacted a salesman and told him he wanted to go ahead and get the ball rolling on buying the truck. He gave the salesman all his information, his credit was checked, and he was provided a monthly payment amount. My husband was out of town at the moment but was told the vehicle would be ready for him when he got there in an hour or two to complete paperwork. A couple of minutes before getting to the dealership, he was contacted and told the truck was sold. The salesman stated that he had moved the truck up to the front of the dealership to have it ready for my husband and someone came in and liked it and bought it on the spot. The salesman my husband was working with claimed he had no idea it had been sold and that he was not around when the sale happened. When my husband contacted the dealership for an explanation, the answer was they don't hold vehicles for people. The finance manager accused my husband of refusing to put down a deposit but my husband was never told he needed to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle and the saleman that my husband was working with confirmed that. The finance manager that my husband spoke with after the fact offered no apologies and pretty much said that is the way it goes. No type of customer service whatsoever. No respect for a returning customer. We understand that business is business but what about customer service and keeping the customer happy? Sometimes treating a customer right means more than just getting a sale. We have bought several vehicles from this dealership but will not longer give them our service or money ever again.

I usually do not post any negative reviews because I understand that sometimes someone might be having a bad day. However, I purchased products online and paid for the labor/install as well. When I contacted the service department and spoke Clemente he was very short, rude and appeared to be annoyed having to speak with a customer. I scheduled the service only to encounter the same attitude in person. Clemente failed to communicate that they would be running an update that would take hours. Fernando the Service Director made things right on that day.On a separate occasion my Silverado encountered what seems to be a common issue with the lifters and mind you my vehicle has low mileage and is under warranty. I called the service department and set up to have it looked at. Again no one seemed interested in hearing the research that I had done in regards to the issue. I send emails, articles, Etc. just to be ignored. I was contacted that my vehicle was ready and I asked what they found and what was wrong and they just said a lifter. It seemed like they wanted to rush me off the phone.When I arrived I was welcomed by Clemente’s not so professional character. I tried asking him what they did and his response was it was on the paperwork. I explained to him that I heard that if one lifter was bad it is best to change them all out because it is common for all of them to start giving problems. He looked at me like i did not know what I was talking about. His response in a sarcastic tone was; you have extended warranty right? Hmm not that it is his business but I do. That is besides the point that my vehicle is still under manufacture warranty.I took my vehicle home and in less than 24 hours I was stranded with the very issue that I tried to communicate to the service department. I called Luling Chevrolet and not surprising everyone in service department was off on Friday with exception of Clemente. I advised the young lady who was very nice that I rather not speak to him.Again I usually don’t write reviews but someone needs to be aware and address this issue.

I have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Never have I had a problem with any of the staff members. Ryan McLaughlin and Josh Mendoza in the front have been patient, explained and understanding. Fernando Tristan and Daniel Sierra have been great in listening to my vehicles issues in the back. I don't care if they have other things going on, but I make sure they hear the issues with my cars I have had throughout the years. These guys are great, you just have to remember that they are busy and they are a dealership, not a local car lot.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Luling Chevrolet! We worked with Clint from start to finish ordering our car. He did a great job keeping us updated through the process, treated us like family, and was transparent with pricing . Each time we walked in the door we were always greeted kindly; we will definitely be back!
