My family and I went in yesterday to upgrade our phones (3 upgrades) and we added a line. We dealt with Beth who is only there on Thursdays. She was very honest, helpful and fun to deal with. She had to deal with us for several hours and even missed her lunch so she could get us all set up. 10/10 recommend going to see her in the Lumberton store on Thursdays!

Horrible customer service. The manager basically said about 5 words to me. Didn't seem very motivated or concerned about resolving my issue. Terrible body language and demeanor. Barley even looked at me when speaking. She never gave me her name nor did she have any type of name tag or badge. Definitely has me considering switching providers after being a loyal customer for over 15 years. Please conduct a review of your management at this location. I know that labor pool is poor, but your better than this. Thanks.

I've been a loyal AT&T customer for many years now and will continue to be but the store in Lumberton employ some of the rudest, laziest, most unpleasant people I've had the misfortune of dealing with. I recommend you chose a different location other than the location by Super Walmart.
