Went to get my oil change at fast 5 and twice they did not have my filter so I took it to Kwik lube and they were fast and on point. Issac went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and everything was done perfectly. So now the only one I want touching my car is Kwik lube

I was charged full price for a a transmission oil and filter change ,when I provided my own Ford recommended parts . when I arrived at this location the attendant told me they would not charge me the full price.

Called to verify price for oil change with synthetic oil, 5 1/2 quarts and was quoted $70 -$80. Got oil changed and total was 93.67. When I questioned the quote I was given, the guy that quoted me said he was wrong. WTH

Kwik lube filled the windshield washer reservoir during the extreme cold temperatures!This was on a New vehicle! The vehicle is going to need repaired by an automotive repair shop!The manger stated that they are not responsible for this issue!….it was simply an accident!Needless to say they have lost my business

Mr Paul went out of his way this morning to fix my belt on my truck at Donaldson motors, it was in their parking lot and they didn't have no time Mr Paul came from Lumberton and fixed me up! I would do no business with donaldson in the future!!Mr Paul went to the parts store and got what I needed to fix my truck and came back and fixed it!!Thank you Mr Paul!!
