Do not I repeat do not waste your time at this bank. Customer service is terrible, they never answer the phone and branch Manager in lumberton is very incompetent. If I could give a negative star I would.

I have called at least 10 times to the Lumberton branch- No one ever answers the phone. No way to leave a message either!!! Ridiculous !!!
