“Amazing, friendly service and prices that cannot be best. They don’t take in junk and resell it. They only offer resale one stain and rip free items. Love their customer service and always seem to find hidden gems here!”

“Makayla at Dillards is one of the nicest people I've ever met at Dillards! She helped me find an eye cream and was so sweet as to give me some free samples! 10/10 customer service. Not to mention she was dressed very professionally and looked stunning as well.”

“Today was my first time visiting & I have no complaints. I needed Easter outfits for 3 toddlers and my $$ went further here than it did at JCPenny's (My O.G.). I really liked the selection of clothes for toddler boys and the sales associates were very, very, very helpful. She literally walked me around the store to help coordinate an outfit.”

“Madison R. truly made my night! Her outstanding customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she solve the issue I was facing, but she also took the time to share helpful information I wasn’t even aware of. I’m so grateful for her care and dedication — the world definitely needs more people like her. Thank you, Madison! (Your final customer of the night 7/26/25)”

“The store was very well organized and clean. The clothing was all neatly hung or perfectly folded on display tables. There was a large selection of clothing to choose from and many size options available. The associates were helpful. I am happy to have this store in Beaumont.”
