Never coniststant. You can tell them you want light starch on all clothes and they will come back with starch so thick the shirts would stand up on their own. It didn't matter what you requested they will do what they want to your clothes. We changed to a competitor.

Take your clothes to the river and beat them with a rock for better results.Brought in a designer suit jacket. Upon pick up the seam had been damaged, and there were several holes in the jacket. My wife was told by the cashier that the owner said it was a cheap jacket and they fall apart at the seams sometimes. I've had many "cheaper" jackets cleaned and never had an issue. Now there was no explanation on how the holes got in the jacket, but I'll assume it was still not the cleaner's fault. We waited several weeks, and heard nothing, we continued to follow up, and the owner eventually told us they were not responsible and offered a coupon for the next time. I can promise you; I won't use the coupon. There are several other options you need to check out before you use this place.Service: Dry cleaning
