I started in November 2023 to gain accountability and increase a healthy lifestyle. I am thankful I was able to find it here in the past 2 months and I plan to continue with CrossFit Lumberton in the 2024 year. Positives: Coaching and workout layout/explanation is consistent, workouts are available and accessible in advance, app used for the gym workouts and attendance is easy to use, all workouts can be scaled and adjusted as needed, all levels of athletes are present at the gym, the class comradery is fun and encouraging, several class times available, 24-hour access if unable to attend a class time. HIGHLY recommended for those looking for a gym with class times, accountability, and needing motivation to just do a workout. Suggestions to the gym to improve providing demonstrations of scaled options more consistently for movements to adjust to the before beginner level and special populations: pre-injury, recovering injury, pregnant, and or returning athlete who were out for any reason. However, most coaches are approachable and are welcoming to make these adjustments when asked. Can't wait to meet new members and share the positive life changing experience.

An awesome place to make positive life changes,January 4th 2024 will be a year at CFL and what a journey its has been.I soon realized why people get addicted to killing yourself day in and day out. Its the PEOPLE! Everyone is very inviting and encouraging in their own way. The coaching talent is top notch and very knowledgeable from Travis, Alisha, Sean, Amy, Devon, Kristen, JR and others. They continuously bring new and excited programing to compete in the games of life.The well-maintained equipment and efficient management, even during larger classes, speak volumes about CFL's dedication to providing a conducive environment for fitness enthusiasts at all levels.I look forward to continuing my health journey, increasing my PRs and building "life" strength into 2024 and beyond with CFL being part of it.Before and After. 315<265 with a major change in body composition. Love this gym. Been goin for about a month now. Coaches are very knowledgeable of CrossFit and answer every question you have about how to do something. The atmosphere is awesome. Very first day everyone came up and introduced themselves, this gym is a family. Glad to be a part of it. Would definitely recommend anyone to sign and be apart of a great gym with great people.

Been to a few different cf gyms. The people here are friendly and engaging. Coaches are all super knowledgeable and very helpful/encouraging through the workouts!

Literally the best gym I've ever been to. I've been going for about 4-5 years with a little break in between. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to really get in shape with a great program. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. Even when you think it's intimidating they make you feel comfortable. If you're considering joining just do it! You won't regret it!

Been coming here for past 3 years to the 8:30 class. Love the way everyone gets along and helps each other out. I also love the spirit and excitement that the 8:30 crew has, always having fun doing workouts. Another thing I really enjoy is the 9:00 am Saturday class when we do partner workouts!
