The issue i had/have with CVS is i dropped of some pictures to be printed in beginning of March & a week later i called back to see if the pictures were ready & i was told no they would call me when they were ready. well April rolled around & still no call so i visited the store. My pictures were there (since March 17th) & i had received no call about my pictures... when i did drop off my photos it was 3 rolls (even got 3 slips) & when i picked them up (finally) i only got 2 rolls back. apparently my 3rd one wasnt anywhere to be found... i kept the slip just incase but i doubt i will ever see those pictures again ??**UPDATE**went back to CVS on thursday (may 25th 2023) to see if my 3rd roll of pictures were finally there & they were. No call or anything. I dropped the 3 rolls of on March 10th & the picture envelope stated it was delivered on March 17th. I never received any calls or anything. poor customer service. so, basically my pictures were there 2rolls (1 mth) & 3rdroll (2 months) CVS photo staff really needs to step up their game & do things like call customers correctly. its a shame they arent representing CVS in a good way. ?? Do better or atleast try & put some effort.

This is the worst pharmacy on the earth. Every single time I use them it is a hassle, a let down and instead of being sorry that they can’t help you, they cop an attitude Know that you are dealing with sick people and get your service up to par!! If you want institutional medicine where you are just a number and they could care less if you get your meds this is your store!

They are always super slow. The drive through is slow, going inside is slow. They send automated messages that say things are ready and when you get there and wait 20 minutes they are out of it and it's still on order and if they do happen to have it, it is never ready. This is the worst pharmacy we have ever used. We are moving all of our business and prescriptions to Walmart. It just isn't worth going to CVS anymore. It's just awful.

I have no idea what has happened to this location, corporate needs to step in…… they don’t care about answering questions anymore my meds doubled in price (with my insurance) and the only answer I could get was “I don’t know” every time I’d go in there at least one customer is so mad they’re cussing when they leave, I stopped using them but went last night to get my mom some more insulin syringes and was told no!! Take her to the ER and get a prescription!! What?? Really?? I went to a different store (not a CVS) and was able to get them no questions I showed her insulin and they gave me what I needed. Maybe a revamp in management or pharmacist needs to take place ??♀️

They need to hire another person in the pharmacy section or multiple people. They are slow and there are always people waiting 20-30 plus minutes. It is crazy.

CVS is the SORRIEST pharmacy. It is required by my insurance to use them. I will make every complaint about CVS possible with my company and encourage others too as well. When you get a text that your prescription is ready for pickup on Sunday evening and will be held for 7 days and you go by there on Wednesday at 7:55 to pickup the Manager (Brandy)tells you its not ready that ill have to come back tomorrow is total B.S and SORRY customer service. They close at 8 and probably closed the register out early. If the hours are til 8 it needs to be 8 not 7:55!!!! You never see the same faces in there because of POOR management as a whole company. Show me 1 store in the entire ?? that has a 4.5 or higher on Google

Bad customer service they never answer the phone always out of my meds im going to switch pharmacies i was told to switch from Walmart pharmacy because cvs was better that was a mistake

My kids were denied the flu shot (after we had scheduled our appointment) bc the pharmacist lost medications!?? Why is that my problem? Just give my boys the jab!

They don't prepare your prescriptions in a timely manner here. I tried to pick my prescription up and they told me to come back in an hour because they claimed they hadn't received the order from my provider yet. I come back over 7 hours later and they say they received the order but that it's \\\"not ready\\\" and they can't do anything because they were closing soon and to come back in the morning. Basically, if you arrive near but BEFORE closing time, they're too lazy too fill your prescription if they don't happen to already have it bagged up. This is the second time this has happened so I will NOT be using this location again.

The CVS drive thru is the best around, great custom service and the nicest women. Who ever says otherwise is wrong. There's especially one lady with gorgeous brown hair and a great smile who helped me out in the drive thru on a busy morning and made my visit fast and convenient.

I Over heard a male employee tell an elderly man “the registers are not supposed to be open unless it’s a return but I guess I’ll do it”. I am disappointed to hear that type of attitude especially directed to older people. I believe what sets stores apart in this area was positive personal contact with employees. Having people stand in line to use one small self checkout machine, when there are several employees within eye site is disappointing. Seeing Lumberton stores move away from the hometown values that benefited so many people over the years is disappointing.

After sitting in the drive through line for over 30 minutes to finally get to the window to get the gate slammed in your face. We went to lunch is what the lady said really fast before I could say anything. You have to come up with something better then that. Don't let sick patients wait in long line for that to happen. I will pick my medicine up and won't be back and will let as many people as I know not to go to the CVS in Lumberton Texas!!
