i was in there on 6/12 looking at the pants section, im a manager and my phone was blowing up so i was looking down to respond to my messages while still trying to look at clothes. a young dark haired girl with piercings came up to me and raised her voice yelling “are you doing this on purpose” the “this” she was referring to was pulling the clothes up so i could get a better look. i literally made this account to leave this review, i have never felt so disrespected. i get trying to keep your clothes neat, but as my hands are literally on the clothes looking at them, and someone comes up to yell at me, is the worst service i have ever seen. someone needs to check that young girl’s attitude, you can ask someone a question without getting aggressive and hostile. i will not be back as long as she is employed, and i can tell by how comfortable she was yelling at me that this isn’t the first time. rude.

Love shopping at this Goodwill! The staff is always super nice and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. You can find all kinds of cool stuff here—both new and pre-loved—and the prices are exactly what you’d expect from Goodwill: truly affordable. It’s a great spot to treasure hunt and support a good cause at the same time!

Staff are very nice and friendly. And I love that they allow people with disabilities to work at there store. We need more places like that

Prices are crazy high, they take items from SHEIN that are originally super cheap and raise the price. A goodwill I wouldn't visit again.

Remember when you could come here and get great deals on stuff people give away to this place. Those days are gone. I much rather the old store on the strip mall than this new store.
Less stuff to choose and way more expensive stuff than the old store.
I know im showing pictures of copper bowls, but dang! 40 to 50 dollars for a copper bowl at goodwill of all places. Dont really plan on coming here much anymore.
Kinda sad how these stores where built to save people money and get nice things off of the good will of the community to donate stuff and now these stores are using donated stuff and selling it at or highly above retail value.
Do not go here. Makes more sense as to why i see fewer and fewer people stopping here, and now i will be one of those people not stopping here.

One of the better locations to find jeans and pants. I found some good quality long pants especially cardigan for the fair price of $6.99. Of course, it was in the earthy tone of moss green. I snagged those and another pair of forest green pants. Again, pants that lacked holes, stains, and fading. That was the highlight of the store because sure as heck, the knick-knack section was bare bones. Nothing merely stood out. Even the linens were lacking. All the pictures were high dollar and displayed to the point of it being out of reach. I will say, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I used to come here all the time but the last 2 times, they started changing the prices at the check out stating the tags fell off or someone is going around cutting off the tags. the first time they didnt even say anything, i had to ask the cashier why they were charging the wrong prices, the second time the cashier was extremely rude when asking her and she cut me off stating "do you want them or not" she said they were name brands and thats why they were charging 6.99 and not the 3.99 they were supposed to be since they didnt have a tag... the brand was a sams club shirt and an all in motion target brand shirt. Ended up not getting anything. i will no longer spend time shopping there for them to change the prices.

Doesn't deserve even one star. Worst Goodwill experience of my life. Extremely rude employees, dirty/nasty store, dressing rooms are worse & WHAT WAS THAT SMELL????? Broken destroyed donated trash for sale at outrageous prices! Seems like it's in the wrong town all the way around! Close this one & open where it will be appreciated for what Goodwill is supposed to actually stand for!
