Great work and affordable prices. Only took 2 days for my son's bag to have his name embroidered on it.

I took a robe and a stocking in 2 days before Christmas Eve, not thinking that She would even be able to get to it. Not only did She get to it, It turned out Beautiful. A very sweet lady also. I recommend Her work!!

Every time I have used them, my item is never ready when I’m told it’s gonna be ready and it is rushed to get finished. Only once has the item came out right. The other times have threads hanging out everywhere, gaps where my jacket wasn’t stitched back properly, crooked sloppy patchwork, etc. I don’t understand how this lady is still in business. I guess cause she’s one of the only places in Lumberton that does this or maybe just does good work for a select few. I don’t know but I don’t recommend and will never use them again.

I called J & J monogramming yesterday and asked if I could come in and get a vinyl decal put on a wine glass, and the lady on the phone was super sweet, told me the monogramming lady would be there today from 10 to 2 and it would be around $5. She made it sound like it would take no time. Today I came in with my dad at 1:30 and asked the monogram lady if she still had time to put a decal on something and apologized for being late, and she asked me "what do you want me to do?" And I told her I just wanted a vinyl decal put on a wine glass. She then rolled her eyes and sighed and said "I have stuff to do right now so you're just going to have to wait." I apologized again and she just said "yeah." And turned around to walk off, then she turned back around and asked me if the lady on the phone told me what time she would be leaving, to which I told her yes and that I was sorry once again, then she straight up said "thanks" rolled her eyes, and walked off. The whole time she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes, and giving both of us this extremely rude look, she was not nice in the slightest. It was as if she was TRYING to be rude. My dad just tapped on my shoulder and said let's go, and he told her nevermind, thanked her for giving us an attitude on Christmas eve, and told her he would make sure everyone would hear about it. I understand I was late and I should have gone way earlier, but I was so busy from Christmas shopping and it was the only time I could make it. I know that's not her problem and she's probably stressed out from all the other orders but that's still NOT an excuse to be that rude when I was being overly nice to her. She could have just told me "no ma'am, I'm sorry but I won't have enough time" like a normal person, and I would have understood and just left, and thanked her. But she decided to be rude and unprofessional so now I'm deciding to make sure EVERYONE knows what kind of customer service J & J Monogramming in Lumberton has to offer. :)
