Update... nothing still hasnt been done!!!
But we are still paying for the work!!!
Brought my car in with a check engine light that just came on. We got the oil changed and new spark plugs. , and they started adding other stuff on, flushing out the engine with additives, and including a new battery. Added up to $1600. Drove it home ,turned around and drove it back to the shop. We barely made it in the parking lot. Come to find out the oil was milky and we are looking at $5500 in repairs now. Just beware they aren't the shop they used to be. It's a joke and it's on you and your wallet.

To change oil, rotate tires (they would not rotate said tire tread was to low) so I bought 2 new tires they installed. Changed ac filter

First time doing business with Mike Smith Tire & Auto. After reading several reviews I chose to work with Destiny as she had a lot of positive feedback. Ordered tires on the phone and dropped my truck off the next day at 3:30. Truck was ready at 4:30 the same day. I know that's not always the case but this particular day and time seemed to work in my favor. As a rule I always drop my vehicle off because I am horrible at waiting. I just switched to Mike Smith after 5 years with another local Tire and Auto store and so far I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend them.

0 starsl. Had bad experience few years ago and swore I wouldn't go back. They drained transmission while doing an oil change and wouldnt pay dealer to fill it back properly. Heard they were under new managment so gave them a chance and they failed again. Took 45 min to say tire is to worn to patch. Thats fine but why 45min to say we cant do it then girl at desk got hurt feelins when i explained it doesnt take 45 min to measure tread depth and said give me my keys. Next when leaving tech had wrong ticket attached to my car and was removing wrong tire, the ticket they had on my car was for all 4 tire replacment on another that another customer paid for. Please go somewhere competent. Obviously a problem from top down!

I had called before lunchtime to get a set of tires and they were out of stock. They had them transferred to the Lumberton location. Which within 30 mins after my lunch break they had arrived and were already working on my vehicle. I was super impressed with the knowledge that the lady had and she gave me a list of services that were needed to be completed. The price was just right for what I needed and I wasn’t there all day.
I’ll be back in 2 weeks for alignment.

Terrible place, tries to upcharge unless they see you are mechanically inclined. Oreillys informed me afterwards “they are a hit & miss” they suggest things that don’t have anything to do with repair. Lady with make up tries to coerce you to believing it’s something different wrong

The sale team and the technicians were eager to help with any questions. Even though the southeast Texas heat was in full force the technicians worked quickly and professionally while maintaining a SMILE!! Service with a smile is becoming a rarity these days.
All-in-all, I think this place is great and I suggest everyone use them

Fast, friendly service. I was in for an oil change, and tire rotation. They were very nice, and had me in and out in just a few minutes.
