I would not recommend this place to no one. So I visited this establishment on 9/13 and asked for the hot stone pedicure with to other friends. Well in the middle of my service for my pedicure they stop and asked me to get out of the chair to move to another chair just because a white gentleman and his daughter could sit in my chair so that they could sit by each other. But never once gave me a reason why they asked me to move chairs in the middle of my service. I moved and observed that the guy and his daughter just walked in the door is why they wanted me to move. And they wasn't even waiting 2 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone of color. And I know that is not how a nail salon is supposed to work because I have been getting my nails done over 20 years. Smh this is sad that you move one paying customer out of a pedicure chair for another one how just walked in. Then on the fact that they over charge you for gel polish 18 dollars more plus your pedicure services which was 55 dollars.Beware of this nail shop does not treat everyone equal.

Gave this place a try and regret it. It took three people to do a simple nail style/set, the shape is not what i asked for, the length is much shorter than requested, and it took nearly two and half hours FOR A SIMPLE SET. They refused to deduct the price due to poor service/quality and said it was final despite my complete lack of satisfaction of their work. Even after offering to pay more than half (which was still too much) just to get out of there they said i couldn't leave. I didn't know what to do. Im pretty sure the cops could be called for that. The manager was not on site leaving me no option but to pay for something i did not like and did not ask for (and they took so long i was the last customer in there past closing) They were turning off the lights before i even had the final buff before the top coat and cuticle oil. I do appreciate the initial hospitality and the renovation looks nice but this was a horrible experience and would not recommend for assured quality customer care. I definitely see the potential this place has but they are not there yet. (Great potential. Needs improvement in quality service and customer care)

Literally the worst manicure Iāve EVER had. I paid 150 bucks for a sloppy job and when I told them I was unhappy they didnāt even try to fix it.

This is the worst nail shop I've ever been to horrible work don't speak good English ask a bunch of person questions my nail and toes look horrible will never go back. Don't let them rip you off they will because you don't understand them.Services: Pedicures

My mom had a gift certificate to this place so we decided to try it out. I got a mani and pedi. She just got a pedi. Both were nothing special. The lady didnāt rub her legs with the stones, my ladies cut me a total of 9 times which was brought up when it happened.. neither of us got our 5 minutes massage.? First and only visit for us.Services: Manicure

The ladies were very nice just didnāt care for the quality of my nails. The pedicure was pretty good but my nails came out lumpy and started chipping and peeling not even a few hours after getting them done. Donāt really recommend getting dip powder from them. Paid $100 for my dip nails and two classic pedicures.Services: Dip powder

Absolutely love this needed mine an my daughters nails done for thanksgiving, they was just all All around amazing. This is the place - I found my forever spot! Hannah was so detailed I have never had a better experience. I am 66 years old and have had 100's of pedicures from Colorado to Texas - my husband had one too and I kept looking over at him and commenting" this is how it's supposed to be"! Thank you Hannah!!!!!!!!

Would have been nice if the lady didnāt take over an hour to do my nails. She also didnāt clean the gunk under my nails until I asked if I could go wash my hands. Slow work was not worth $45
