Service isn't very good lately. The counter people don't smile or greet you. They are often short and seemnput out you are even there.

We come in pretty often to mail packages, and Doug always makes it a great experience. Super friendly, great sense of humor, and just all-around good service.

I have no idea why the reviews are so low for this place. I’ve had nothing but great service. Friendly and efficient. I love having a Post Office in Lumberton.
