Nothing like sitting on hold for 40 mins. For no one to answer the phone. I don't want to hear we are short handed because I work at a place that is short handed and I still manage to answer anyone's calls. Get it together

Have been waiting 10+ days now on a medication that was said to be out of stock due to shortage or back order. Customer service was awful. Called the Calder location and my prescription was filled within the hour.

Meera, the pharmacist at our local Walgreens in Lumberton, went above and beyond the last two days in efforts to assist us with coverage for a medication our 9 year old son needed.
