I waited 50 minutes for a pick up order and I didn't even get all the right products what is wrong with people these days at grocery stores? y'all need some better service Walmart.

Stopped by to order a cake because it kept saying error online. A guy went to tell a girl that was decorating a cake that I needed to place an order. The girl decorating said well I'm not doing it because I have 10 minutes to finish this one. That was not only rude but put me in an awkward situation as she said it right in front of me so I could clearly hear and see her. I told them I had some shopping to do in the store so I would stop back by. I returned and nobody was standing at the bakery portion of the counter. Someone finally came out and helped a gentlemen that was there before me. I watched as they went back and forth about the cake order. He was trying to pick up his 3 cakes he had previously ordered and they couldn't find them. After the rude girls treatment and then the appearance of not knowing what the heck is going on I decided to go elsewhere to order a cake

This has got to be the absolute worst Walmart I've ever set foot in. The employees are rude, unhappy and unhelpful. It's like walking into a huge store full of Karens. The online shopping people block the aisles and try to run you over, the door greeters stare at you and don't say anything and the self checkout employee points and grunts as you're walking to the register to check out. Also, watch your receipt, these idiots are charging tax on some food and drugs that aren't subject to state sales tax. The ONLY departments worth making a special trip to are electronics and TLE. These employees are the complete bipolar opposite of the rest of the store. Very helpful and friendly.

We were just at the Walmart in Lumberton. Trying to buy a biour Angel tree at church. The manager happened to Walk By and was very pleasant and helpful. I asked him about the difference in the on line price vs. in store. They don't honor the on line price. I was surprised. But he was so nice we bought the one in store.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Walmart. I have been inquiring about a product for 3 weeks only to be told daily that the product can only be stocked by the third party vendor, Anderson Merchandising, and there was nothing Walmart could do to assist. Today I was told that a manager named Michelle has been giving out the product directly from the stock room to the same customer. I spoke to Michelle, after first telling me I was a lair for saying this happened, she then told me that she was just doing her job to help a customer. Now remember this is a third party product that because of insurance reason can only be stocked by them. I asked to speak to the store manager and have been given the run around for 48 hours. Something is fishy at the Lumberton Walmart and it ain't the fish lol.

We have been here a thousand times and have never had a complaint. We actually live closer to the Beaumont Walmart but drive to Lumberton because this Walmart is so much better. We have shopped here on Black Friday, just for groceries, and for all other needs. In all the years that we have come here the staff has always been friendly and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and they have been plenty of cashiers. Unlike the Beaumont store they don't search your bags and hold you up from leaving to check your receipt. I highly suggest this Walmart for all of your needs.

Around the end of October, My girlfriend and i went to the walmart in lumberton to buy a tablet.When we arrived in the electronic department no one spoke to us or asked if we needed any help. We stood around the tablets for 15 minutes waiting on someone to assist.Another customer walked up, and she was helped on arrival into the electronic dept. I believe the walmart in lumberton has problem with blacks. All the whites was waited on just fine, We wasnt helped because we were black. We bought the tablet elsewhere.
