Remember how, before they had the self checkouts, they would have maybe 2-3 cashiers working? Well now they have self checkout, but they keep the two closed. How d*** is that? I went early one day and was told the reason those two lines are closed is because the store isn't busy, but I went last night and the store was definitely busy, and the lines were still closed. So maybe they are just talking out the side of their neck idk. And don't get me started on the mislabeling of prices or conveniently having a more expensive item misplaced in front of a inexpensive price label, only to get to the register to find the true price. Whatever happened to the price scanners? They must've started losing money when people could check the prices so they got rid of the price scanners. Lastly, they don't stock the shelves in certain situations, when they have items similar to what you buy because they are trying to move stock. They hope that you will just get the similar item, even though it's not what you want and is more expensive. Which is why it wasn't selling in the first place. Overall the selections aren't all that great.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Walmart. I have been inquiring about a product for 3 weeks only to be told daily that the product can only be stocked by the third party vendor, Anderson Merchandising, and there was nothing Walmart could do to assist. Today I was told that a manager named Michelle has been giving out the product directly from the stock room to the same customer. I spoke to Michelle, after first telling me I was a lair for saying this happened, she then told me that she was just doing her job to help a customer. Now remember this is a third party product that because of insurance reason can only be stocked by them. I asked to speak to the store manager and have been given the run around for 48 hours. Something is fishy at the Lumberton Walmart and it ain't the fish lol.

don't go on the 1-3 of the month. lol. one thing, this place needs to be kept stocked. it's always low in stock. once I went with a coupon from Loreal, they actually told me I printed out and it was fake. it looked like a check-place to sign on the back. the young man that was the manager basically said i was trying to steal by using it. that i needed to bring the letter that was attached. that letter was to me, not a store where i got my color. i was even escorted and watched as i shopped for my color, so the while the woman that went with me was suggesting crap she knew nothing about! he was disrespectful and rude. i called Fayetteville and spoke to them about it. i guess I need to call Fayetteville back and tell them how they no carts for handicapped and how it's not kept stocked.

We have been here a thousand times and have never had a complaint. We actually live closer to the Beaumont Walmart but drive to Lumberton because this Walmart is so much better. We have shopped here on Black Friday, just for groceries, and for all other needs. In all the years that we have come here the staff has always been friendly and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and they have been plenty of cashiers. Unlike the Beaumont store they don't search your bags and hold you up from leaving to check your receipt. I highly suggest this Walmart for all of your needs.

New A/C put in this year, an it was to hot in the store for older people. Everyone I past was wiping their faces. Hard for parents and kids to shop for school supplies, and clothes in the heat. Too hard for greeters! The longer I can stay in the store, the more money I can spend. Heat can't be good for TV'S, electronics, freezers in the grocery area.

I drive from Beaumont to shop at Lumberton Walmart. The people are so much friendlier there and help is always available with so many checkout lines open, I'm able to start putting my stuff on the conveyor belt as soon as I get in the checkout line. The bathrooms are also the cleanest Walmart bathrooms I've ever seen.

Just went in today to check a low pressure tire. Figured I had a nail or screw in it. Turns out I already had the tire patched and the patch work done was horrible, not Wal-Mart patchwork (honestly don't remember where it was done at). I had road hazard under the tires, and they said they usually aren't supposed to try to correct a patch already done(a safety precaution), but would see if they could do anything. Tim, the manager, came in the waiting area a few minutes later a

Thank you Walmart today I went to use your 1 hour photo booth and lost over 3000 pictures out of my phone pictures of my family pictures of my daughter growing up some of these pictures I will never see again and some that were very special and dear to me that can never be replaced. Thank you to the manager who talked and treated me like I was an idiot and it was my fault. Told me I needed to get my phone checked that it was completely impossible for this to be there fault ma
