Worst customer service EVER today. They handed my son his new and old phone, and that was the entire transaction. Luckily he didn't let them throw away the box like they wanted to, because the sim card to the new phone was still lin the box. Absolutely half a$$.

I called this place 3 times before I went to have some questions answered and no answer all 3 times. I get there and there’s 2 people working with no customers in the store so either they were busy before or just being super lazy and not wanting to answer the phone. I got there and asked my questions I needed answered over the phone and of course the answers were no so I had to go all over the place to fix the problem.Went back to store and it was fast, in and out because I doubt they are super busy. Just answer your phone for customers after all you all are in business because of us!!

Anahi was very helpful transferring all my lines from Verizon to AT&T, she took the time to set up all of our phones and tablets, my new watch and even help me with a new cover even when it was after 8 and the store was closed. And as I promise, I haven’t forgot to buy you Subway for being so nice to us ?
