“This place did an absolutely amazing job. I went to them because they had such good reviews, and they did not disappoint.
They scheduled me in quickly. When I arrived, Erica was very friendly and straight to the point. She showed me exactly what they would need to do. She advised me how they could address damage from two claims at the same time. They also contacted enterprise and had my rental company come and pick me up.
My vehicle was done earlier than expected by at least a few days. I wasn’t going to be able to come and get it due to my work schedule. The shop offered and sent someone out same day to deliver my vehicle, and take my rental back to enterprise for me. I was able to pay my deductible direct to the person who dropped off my car which was also very convenient. It’s also worth mentioning I don’t live super close to this shop and they drove my car 30 mins (one way) to bring it to me.
My car looks better on the side they fixed then on the other side now. They managed to get price matches on OEM prices from Toyota so that my insurance could cover the repair in full with OEM parts. They really went above and beyond.
Overall I would tell everyone this is the place to go. Talk to Erica and she will 1000% take care of you.”
