They have very bad, poor customer service, the person behind counter Did not wanted to answers questions, seems in a bad mood, she was barely speaking to us , and we were buying a new phone. Frankly, not going back to little, cricket store.

Sorry cell service I don't recommend. I had gone by to just pay nephews bill and they told me that I couldn't which surprised me I told her I thought cricket would be happy to get the payment but she told me I wasn't able to because I wasn't on the list as an authorized person to make a pmt, which I thought was pretty stupid as all I wanted was to make a payment and wasn't able to.

The employees don't listen. When my daughter and I came into the store, we desperately needed to change her phone plan and phone number from her controlling ex-boyfriend. After my daughter and I asked several times if we needed a new SIM card for the change. Celeste insisted we DIDN'T need a new SIM card when we did this, and because of her attitude and insistence, people were still able to contact her through her old number, and now her new one too. Because of this, I took it back to the store, and they said we would have to get a hold of customer service. I do this, and guess what? The SIM card should have been changed out. I drive all the way to Castroville cricket to do this because Celeste likes to think she's right, Tasia at the Castroville location said that this could have been avoided if the employees at the lytle location would have listened to us the first time. I had to pay an extra $10 to get a new SIM card because y'all didn't do it the first time. I drove all the way back to the lytle location to get refunded for my $10 that I had to pay in Castroville and y'all tell me I have to get a hold of customer service again to get my refund. I just let it go, but I will not be returning to this location again. Learn to listen to your customers.

WORST customer service! Employee was RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and BAD ATTITUDE! Do NOT do business at this location. SHE were unable to answer any questions on my account. Waste of time going to this location. Employee is just there to collect a check, no knowledge of services and/or accounts. This location has a huge turnover of employees, do better management, be present and train your employees better. Customers outside your store said the same thing of rude and unprofessional employees at this location.

Celeste Ramirez, Lytle 110, has very extensive knowledge on her skills for cricket and she’s also very kind and efficient in her work, she help me for an hour with upgrading my phone. I wish there were more employees like her !
