It’s my fault for not reading the reviews beforehand. My daughter’s Psychiatrist sent a script early April. And it STILL ISNT FILLED. Week one of needing the Rx, I was never notified by call/text/or email that the pharmacy could not fill it due to no DX code. Week 2, the psychiatrist sent DX code and clinic note multiple times. The pharmacy is still stating they do not have anything. Week 3, we saw my daughter’s psychiatrist who confirmed all records were sent with a new RX. Pharmacy is still not helping about getting it filled. Week 4, reached out to the psychiatrist who spoke to the pharmacy and was told they received everything but NOW they don’t carry that medication. Then I get a voicemail from the pharmacy saying the manager will no longer accept the RX at their location. The customer service is extremely poor. I have so much frustration towards the whole pharmacy team. Every person I spoke to is extremely dismissive and unhelpful. My daughter’s needs this RX for her mental health. It’s ridiculous how the office runs.

the lady at the pharmacy desk is rude also told us she couldn’t run the insurance that should of been provided by the doctor because it would take longer and they have to start all over so she paid cash wasn’t much but still. Also she was supposed to have 3 medications only one was filled and no feedback on the other 2. We will not be going back.

Absolutely hot garbage!!! They are to cheap to hire someone to answer the phones!!! You get the run around with the worste automated system. Would recommend doing business with a pharmacy that has the decency to answer your phone call.

Lovely associate helped me complete my OTC purchases. She assisted me with fitting wrist braces for carpal. She was so incredibly helpful

They are rude and don’t hold themselves accountable for it. Spoke with the pharmacist about a medication on 7/24 to see if it was ready since their online portable wasn’t working. He had a bad attitude about it and just hung up after answering my question. Terrible customer service.

Do not. I repeat do not use Lytle CVS. These staff members are highly incompetent and will lie to you. A prescription I had was delayed due to it being out of stock at this location. I was told I could have another pharmacy reach out and they would send the prescription over to be filled. 3 faxes later and a call from the new pharmacist in my presences while I was on the phone with Lytle CVS and they lied to me that they hadn't received anything. This place sucks. Just go with HEB or Walmart.

Stay Away!!My daughter went today to try to pick up a prescription. Even though they had her insurance information on file, they said they had to verify her insurance and she has always used her insurance card to verify prescription coverage. But today was told by the lady that is always rude when you pick up prescriptions, that she needed a prescription card… Never have had to use a prescription card anywhere else, they have always verified through the insurance card. So why is CVS any different? We have been long time customers, but no more. You lost ANOTHER customer!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! They are complete MORONS!! They refused to fill my prescription (which was sent in by a DOCTOR). Then gave me some stupid excuse, then my doctor called them to find out why they were being idiots about the prescription, and they proceeded to argue with him. Glad I didn't waste any money there.P.S.- Get someone to work the freaking front counter, and spray some febreeze or something inside your "Pharmacy"...it smells like moldy cardboard and feet!!

I came in at 130 to fill my prescription I’m assuming that they were on lunch to 2pm there was a woman behind the desk that clearly worked for the pharmacy i ask her if i can just ask her a quick question she literally told me she couldn’t answer my question till after 2 o clock ……. It was a simple quick question that just like she told me not till 2pm she could have quickly answered for me in the same breathe but blew me off and wouldn’t tell me anything other than not till after 2pm. I am a veteran and have been treated better in foreign countries I’ll remember her face and will call to speak with management.
