I will never use the vet in Lytle again! We spent around $800 on our sick kitten after going back twice. I have called multiple times to get another prescription on her food and they never called back after a couple of weeks. I called back again they said we would have to get her rabies shot before they would do another prescription. I asked what that has to do with her food. They couldn't give me an explanation! They are only out for money! It used to be to be a good office before she sold her practice to this vet!

Lytle Veterinary Clinic has always taken care of my fur babies! Dr. Harris and the entire staff are compassionate, helpful and accommodating. You know you are at the right place when your animals feel comfortable being there.

They were the only clinic who would fit in our beloved Bessie (blue heeler). She was extremely sick. Dr Harris is compassionate. Although we knew what we would have to do, she honored our wishes for treatment. 4 days later we had to let our Bessie go. She was as emotional as we were. We love our NEW Veterinarian!!

Had my first visit at the Lytle Veterinary Clinic today. Staff is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Harris was very patient and thorough during my cat’s evaluation. Dr Harris suggested a treatment plan that was affordable, but most importantly, effective. My appointment was at 1045, and as I write this review, 5 hours later on the same day, Rocky has been active and sounds much better from his respiratory infection. I’m very pleased with the care and sincerity displayed by Dr Harris and the Team at LVC. I will be a returning customer and trust them with providing necessary care for my fur babies. Thank you Team LVC.

I loved taking my diabetic dog to see Dr. Johnson he was so good with our dog and took good care of her and would listen to me and my concerns. Dr. Johnson is no longer there now the have a lady Dr. Harris and she is HORRIBLE and so inconsiderate and makes you feel stupid, she does not listen to you and tries pushing things on you to test for on your dog. The front girls and techs are wonderful. I will no longer be going to lytle vet as long as that Dr. Harris is there.

Don't walk in this door unless you have 3 to 6 hundred in your pocket, and then my dog was missed diagnosed. She had an obvious infection and got nothing for it.

i try this vet many times and was never happy, i was going to paid $800 dlls for hernia surgery on my baby cat, i reguse, took her to devine vet, end up paying $200 they do love my dogs not just money signal. and very happy with them. never coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE GO TO DR GREEN IN SOMERSET FOR BETTER SERVICE AND UPFRONT PRICING. To start off I called about getting my cat fixed last week and was told the price would be 350$ that I would pay 150 something for the initial bloodwork and shots and the remaining the day my cat actually got fixed. The day I come in for the blood work and am ready to pay I ask the receptionist how much it was today and just wanted to clarify that it would altogether come out to 350 between the two days payments she then said it would be 400 and I started to get upset but not anywhere near how this lady was acting, she first off starts trying to escalate the situation saying ma’am you need to calm down or act right when I did nothing outrageous but ask why was I told something different over the phone then she starts getting all defensive well i didn’t tell you that so I’m not sure why someone here would do that. Then I said okay well I will pay what I have to today but tomorrow the remainder of 350 is what I should be charged not 400$ because that is what I was told BY YOUR STAFF! anyways she goes to ring me up and I asked was the rabies shot included in the price for that day because when I walked in they said she had to get one since it “against the law” not to have one and when I check out NO RABIES SHOT WAS GIVEN. So I said y’all are weird why are you saying I have to get a rabies shot then you don’t even give my pet one and switching up on pricing y’all are ridiculous, it just goes to show they don’t actually care if she has rabies they want your money. After I say that the receptionist rudely throws my card on the counter walks away with attitude then goes to the back and gets out the vet the guy with an actual degree, and she starts acting all different all nice in front of him like I understand yeah it makes sense why you’d be upset like total switch up. They told me I would be able to talk to someone the day of surgery about receiving a discount since it’s not my fault they have people working there giving out wrong pricing we’ll see if they actually honor that today when I pick my cat up. Lytle vet get your stuff together y’all are pitiful and anyone who cares about their pets in the surrounding area PLEASE SEE SOMEONE ELSE OR DR GREEN IN SOMERSET. For these prices might as well see someone who not only treats your pet good but you as well and isn’t shady with pricing you know what to expect the whole way through with her. Biggest mistake was taking my cat here.
