The Employees at Primrose Funeral Services were very professional but in a down to earth way. They show genuine concern and spend as much time with you as needed, never rushing you in any way. During a difficult time, the staff at Hurley did everything to ease or suffering and confusion in our unexpected time of need. We were able to work through the process and grieve knowing that things were well taken care. Options were well explained during the planning and follow up was excellent. The viewing and services planned went nicely and we were able to offer closure to our family and friends. The staff even followed up afterwards to check on our family. A small gesture but a big demonstration of how much they care.

The ladies at this facility are very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the processes and paperwork needed for my family members service. They were very kind and understanding.
