These guys are awesome. Had a small hiccup but Micah was very helpful and was able to work everything out. Good quality processing and good quality people.

Had a hiccup with my beef order, but true to form Micah and company worked hard and straightened it out.
I've had deer, hog, and now beef processed here. These guys are great and didn't disappoint!

Went to the 777 ranch in January and had 5 guys take trophy animals. We went directly to the shop and the crew at Trophy Buck were extremely friendly and helpful. We received the product the next month which is usually fast for a butcher out of state. Product is amazing and we highly recommend Micah and his team at Trophy...

The business started in 1985 as Eddie's Taxidermy and has been owned/operated by Terry & Ann Jahns since then. For 30 years, Eddie's Taxidermy was affiliated with Eddie's Deer Processing. Terry and Ann worked hard with Eddie's Game Processing ownership to grow both businesses by providing quality products with an exceptional level of customer service.
