“I brought my car in because it needed a battery replacement and O’Riley down the street said they won’t install it. This shop had immediate availability when my car needed help cuz it wasn’t starting, these guys understood the situation and agreed to help on the same day!
I couldn’t have went to anyone better. They are very honest, friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. The price is also extremely fair and reasonable! I also had concerns about other fluids in the car having to be replaced. They inspected that for no cost along with my battery replacement service and were very honest about those fluids not requiring a replacement. They were also honest about the things that they cannot do or check.
Due to this experience, I feel very confident about getting my car serviced here with them compared to anywhere else!”

Update:
After several weeks we noticed some minor issues with the repair. Lakeside had to order some additional parts and it took a week but in the end its fixed right. And… no extra charge for the parts.

“This man is an absolute treasure. A fountain of knowledge with a heart of gold. What I thought was a starter problem, and was prepared to pay for, was diagnosed as a battery problem. He saved me well over $200 of HIS quote. He could have replaced the starter & battery and made a profit doing so. In the end he wanted to charge me 10 bucks. 10 bucks!”
“Let's just be honest....we are all leery of car salesmen, worried about getting a good deal and a reliable car, and being pushed/influenced to purchase add-ons and things 'we need' but in actuality we really don't. This was NOT my experience!!! My daughter is buying her first car and this is an exciting yet scary first step...not knowing what's best and if we're getting a good deal. Vann Vanderburg is THE BEST!!!! He explained everything wonderfully, was very easy to work with, and doesn't have that undesirable salesman aura around him!! He interacted with us as if we were family; explained to my daughter what she was signing and reminded her "always know what you are signing before you sign." It truly felt as though he was watching out for us throughout this purchase.

“I was in a car accident in late September. My 2016 Honda Odyssey was badly damaged. I took it to Joe Hudson Collision Center in Mabank, Texas for the initial estimate for the insurance coverage and for subsequent repairs. They did a fantastic job! Jason and Hannah communicated with me frequently and kept me up to date on the progress and additional repairs needed. They took care of everything for me including notifying the rental car agency of the additional time needed. I got my van back a few days ago and it looks brand new.
