I really try to avoid this grocery store. Probably 2.5 stars would be more accurate, but I rounded up. Occasionally, I can find what I'm looking for at a decent price, but not often. And while the personnel can be hit or miss, just about every young person working there is fantastic! But all too often, the decent food (that is, not the junk food) is overpriced, lines are too long, card readers don't work right, and on the aisles, the signs indicating sale prices are misplaced (then managers try to blame you when you ask questions about it). It would be interesting to see what might happen if a better grocery store were to come into Mabank and provide some competition.

Western Union been down for at least two weeks. They suggested Walmart.
Why bother stopping here. They can't take care of business.

Very upset and disappointed I waited 40 minutes for 5 lbs of skirt steak for my fajitas after requesting it from the butcher for them to come out and tell me sorry we don't have anymore , definitely won't being recommending the butcher inside of brookshires to anyone , worst customer service at the meat department rest of the store love it

Very good offers, also a nice place to buy a lot of pumpkins, each place has something good, sometimes we go closer to buy and sometimes we go further away. They are all good.

We love our small local Brookshire’s. Always clean & friendly service. Helping me get to my car with my kids & groceries is so nice! Also has the best gas prices around. Featuring the new Walgreens Pharmacy.

Store is clean. People are friendly. Deli is awful. I usually shop in Canton, but running errands in Mabank. Went to the deli to buy the chicken tender meal on special. First problem, mixing regular and spicy. Ok, got that resolved. The ad says choice of two sides. I wanted potato logs. No can do. Then I wanted okra. No can do. My only choices are mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. If that has been the case, wouldn’t the ad have said so? Took my meal with mashed potatoes/mac & cheese, gravy and bread. Paid an extra $2 to buy potato logs separately. I spent a VERY long time in the deli while questions were asked and answered. Unpleasant experience.

Went to Walgreen's here at this shopping little mail went through the drive through to pick up my medicine the all was very friendly and respectful

These workers are about as friendly as a pitbull. Of course, it doesn't help with miserable clientele either.

This is the only grocery store in the area that always carries stronger beer like IPA, so it's my go-to. Plus the clientele are always so much nicer and more respectful than certain other locations, and the employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
