The staff, including the morning manager and breakfast bar attendant, is noted for being sweet, loving, and caring, contributing to a warm atmosphere. Guests appreciate the large and comfortable rooms, with impeccable housekeeping that exceeds expectations for the price point. While the hotel has a small pool and a recently repaired hot tub, some amenities like the ice machine and business center have faced issues. Despite these minor drawbacks, the friendly front desk staff and overall positive experience make this hotel a hidden gem in Maybank, highly recommended for those looking to relax and enjoy their stay.
This hotel needs a lot of work. The room is very worn and run down. There are areas in the room that were disgusting. It did not feel clean based on the smudges of god knows what everywhere. Too much to list. It just need a thorough overhaul. Staff was pleasant. Won’t be back.
