This location doesn’t have a handheld and was unable to scan a QR code and print a label for me to ship a return. Very frustrating. There’s not a location in the area that has the ability. I called and visited multiple locations.

To start with, I was so excited to find out there was actually a FedEx drop off so conveniently located to me. Until this week I never knew we actually had a FedEx facility for our area. Once I found the location at the Dollar General in Mabank, TX it was so easy. The staff there were so professional and courteous. I will definitely be going back.
