The owner of this campground is awful all he cares about is making a dollar and doesn’t care how he has to make it. He treats his employees and customers like garbage. Is not willing to pay to have any fixed. I had many leaks and issues that he would not pay to have fixed. There is an issue with the power over charging and he will not pay to have that fixed either. Tried to over charge me like $100 for 28 day stay. I will never recommend this place to even my worse enemy. Don’t get me wrong the employees are great and really do care but are tied down by the owner. Stay somewhere anywhere else.

Making my reservation was very easy management was there for any needs checking on you when you got in to make sure everything was good and if you needed anything very nice and clean Park.Love they have a very nice bath house and laundry on site with lock codes. It's so peaceful here. And property is very clean.

I was looking for an rv park to place my camper so I could visit my grandparents over the couple weeks i was coming to visit them. I found this sweet little park in Gun Barrel. I love how clean and the view of the pond is soo pretty! Also the guest shower etc are clean up to my expectations but I’m hoping next time I come I can rent out these cute cabins they have out there! Everyone was very respectful to me and nice to pick up after their dogs! I would recommend this place to anyone for a quick stay or a long term stay! I love this peaceful little park.

I stayed here 2 weeks ago and forgot to leave a review. Stayed here for a weekend to see my sister in town. This is a very nice Rv park, well kept, nice lot sizes, nice prices,, and VERY QUIET at night. Close to town and shopping needs. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. Manager on site is very nice and helpful on info. Laundry and shower facilities are clean. A neighbor even stopped me before leaving letting me know one of my tires went flat, helped me plug the tire and aired it up. I'll be staying here again on my return back. Wonderful Manager and community!

Just moved to this RV park and it's so wonderful not to be next to a noisy highway or interstate. It is VERY QUIET HERE!!! Neighbors are all nice, Manager is very helpful and dependable. A Storage unit is right next to the park that is great if needed. Laundry and shower facilities also. Dog park and shopping is close also. Very happy with this RV park and will be staying for awhile... Thank you Victoria for being helpful on everything!!!

Cared more about the theme than the customers comfort. Shower curtain was not waterproof so the floor got wet and the water pressure was very low. There was no real blankets so had trouble sleeping. There was no soap in the shower and no extra paper towels. The floating vinyl flooring in the back of the tiny house looked horible and was streached in a spot. Wifi wasnt storage enough to be able to connect to and there was no cash machine to get Quarters for washing clothes.

Looking for storage in the area and went to their website to get size, pricing, etc. Well they have the larger units I was looking for however there is no pricing. On the website the link to click on says unit size and prices. You might want to update your website for anyone else looking.
