Asked for item, new to store... Never found item as employee did NOT help just stayed talking to another employee. Great help long haired dude! I got nothing and went to Cowboy supply in athens, amazingly they walked me right over to item AND gave some great advice. Did Not earn my business. FYI your corp 800 is about as smart as this store as the number listed is BS. Tractor Supply is a joke..

The young man at checkout was not helpful and was rude in his remarks when we asked about why we had no rewards on our account when we have made many purchases since registering for the rewards program. He was so rude when we said we would just take our business elsewhere saying “Well whatever makes you happy” in a very rude tone of voice. That’s what happens when a business puts youngsters up front running the register and interacting with customers. They have no respect for people and always have something rude to say. He was running the checkout 4-6-24 at 1715.

Staff is super helpful and goes the extra mile to assist their customers. We drove a hour to pick up an item we needed and the team made walked us through securing the item and had it waiting on us to pick up at the door. Thank you all for you exceptional customer service!
