just wanted to thank Alex Cantù for an amazing job on getting us in the 2018 f150. he went above and beyond the call of duty. never in my 63 years has purchasing an auto been so stress free. he treats his customers like family and made what started out as a horrible day absolutely a beautiful experience. The service manager was super helpt my car to.metful and understanding of what I thought wS wrong with my car. Got my car right in and repaired in reasonable time. They took me home and analyzed my car to see if other problems and then bought my car back to me when repaired. The guy was so respectful and careful. Thank Tri County Ford for all their help.

I went in on a Saturday hoping to get my transmission fluid taken care of but it was recommend I come in on a weekday as it was a challenging task to accomplish. Richard was awesome and the whole team came together Tuesday to help get the fluids replaced in our Ford F-350 and they even drove my wife back and forth from our RV park. Thank you so much for great service! You won't go wrong with Tri-County Ford for your service needs.

I had multiple questions to try and understand the difference between different trim levels and packages for the ford bronco. The sales rep i worked with at Tri County was very patient and helpful and did not pressure me to try and make the sell. Instead she let me go and shop around and compare and worked with me every step of the way to make best decision for me and that decision was to buy from Tri County Ford.

Bypass these Tri-County Clowns and go to Tyler Ford!!Long story short due to limited typing space.Don't buy vehicles from here, don't get any type of service here. Go to Elder down the road or to Tyler Ford. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Ultimately Tri-County Ford not only sells subpar quality vehicles off their lot, their customer service and kindness is piss poor, their building is dirty and old, even their Ford sign is more yellow than white and has bird nests in it but also they're liars and have poor documentation skills and leave their customers on the back burner after they have your money. But hey, at least they get their cigarette breaks.

Awesome team at Tri County. Went looking for a truck and the members were super helpful answering questions I had. They also gave me a great price for my used car. Highly recommend this dealership. NO hassles, fair pricing and great knowledge. Upon talking to them I ended up with a new Ford Escape but I love it and am super happy.

They helped tremendously. Last Friday I woke up to a dead battery. Had it replaced but the radio and a/c doesn't work. It was so hot sitting in line picking grand kids up from school that there other grandmother got over heated. While waiting in line I had called Tri-County Ford and explained what was going on. The service lady had me to come on in and they will look at it. Thank the Lord because after an hr of them using the diagnostics they finally found the fuse that caused all the problems. Even though they didn't have an opening they didn't want us to burn up in this hot Texas heat with the grandkids. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

My mother's vehicle wouldn't start. So as I checked it out, I realized that she had the exact same issue with it around eight months ago. Which Tri-County Ford put a brand new battery on it.So I took off the battery while my better half called about this issue. And we were told to bring it in so they could run a test on the battery.They informed me it would an hour or so to run the test and that they would call to provide the results.Afterwards they told me that the battery was bad and that I could come back and they'd replace the battery. The Service was outstanding. The employees were helpful and polite. And I'm so satisfied that they honored their side of the deal and replaced the battery.Five Star Service.

The Ford house took time to help me with my lighter’s jack. Not sure what the first review was. I thought it was for quick lubricant were I got my inspection done. I really like the one that help me at the Ford house.

Had a 1pm appt for full service oil, fuel filters and tire rotation. Took over two hours for fuel filters and oil change. Then a tech came in and asked how to do the rotation. Decided to take the rig elsewhere for the tire rotation. Didn’t receive all our paperwork and called for it to be emailed to us. Two days later…no email. Not sure it was a full service stop.
