This post office has many problems I have had several packages be not scanned in and told that they delivered it to someone else's home also told sorry it was not scanned it will be delivered tomorrow to I had to pick it up myself. Now my packages are just missing this place is horrible and to my packages never delivered saying they were delivered. This place needs to be investigated by authorities

I used to work for the post office in a big metro area. I know how cold and uncaring the branch managers can be and often are. This branch surprised me. My certified/priority mail receipt with tracking numbers was destroyed sometime after I got it home, and it was for my tax return. For obvious reasons, maintaining this receipt was very important. I took a longshot and emailed the post office with the transaction number from my credit card statement and asked if there was any way to retrieve the receipt from their system. Kimberly responded quickly assuring me she would look into it and only 1 business day later she let me know they found my receipt and are mailing it to my address. She went above and beyond what most any business would do. But this kind of excellence is all but unheard of for USPS. Thank you!!

Just terrible. It's gotten to the point I tell them not to deliver anything I will go to the post office, and pick it up myself. They will still lose the package, deliver it to wrong house, etc. even after that simple request to just not touch it, and I'll go get it.

4 packages delivered to wrong address or post man is stealing them. Had to drive to Dallas to get life saving medicine at an additional $200.00. Don't trust them.

At 4:07 pm I pulled into the mabank post office to mail a letter in the outside box. On the box is says pickup time is 4:30. She was taking the mail out and I asked her I said I thought it was at 4:30 she said" it is but I can take it out earlier" she was quite rude. Why post a time ud you are not going to adhere to it?

I have not received mail in almost two months. These include important documents such as new hire paperwork, my daughters medical forms from her pediatrician, tax information, etc. I’ve went into the office in Mabank, Tx numerous times regarding this issue. My address isn’t listed on the mail forwarding as it is a new address. I’ve told them numerous times we have a cluster box. We moved in January 15th as of almost two months later we have yet to receive any of the documentation we need. I went in there for nearly a month before a work order was created instead of doing it the first time. Instead I was given mailbox keys (which I still have), and told that a carrier would be out within two days to switch out the keys and we would have access to our mailbox. We also filled out a change of address form. I spoke with Robert 2 weeks ago who stated he would list my address on the web and it would be available by that Friday, it still is not. I was informed that the work order would be completed- it still is not. I was told they would hold my mail, yet every piece of mail businesses, our landlord, medical referral information/pre-op forms, and our employers have sent have not been received. Went in there in person to see if there was an update and spoke to Robert this time in person- nothing. They made us fill out yet ANOTHER change of address form. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as this is an ongoing issue and has yet to be resolved.
