Very knowledgeable people that are willing to help u as soon as u walk in the door or over the phone. They even have helped me change out my battery and install some wiper blades and a headlight led. Very friendly and have no problem handing out a laugh or two or help u with a that serious problem u just can't grasp to fix. Exceptional people and atmosphere

I asked the employee to do the free OBD II scan for my 05 Honda Accord because my check engine light was on. The gentleman was very friendly and was saying how he missed his Honda he used to have. When the scan was done we went inside so he could print the results out for me. He gave me a printout with all the codes. Another employee came over and looked at the results with me and told me different things to try for each code before buying any new parts. I will try what he suggested first and if that doesn't work I'll
be buying the parts from O'Reilly!! Keep up the great work!!

Came in for part on March 9th they just sold last one so they said they would order it and be in 10:30 next day March 10th. Planned day around that just to find out part was never ordered.

I went after work to purchase bolts for license plates. Rob assisted me. I asked Rob where I purchase tools to place plates on, "Rob states, I'll put them on for you. People don't realize, but kindness goes a long way. Rob, thank you again. Now I'm legal.

Been doing business there for years, you would think it being in your home town people would be more respectful.. This store really needs to evaluate there employee's. Rob was very rude did not want to help with our needs, It is not appropriate for someone in customer service to roll your eyes and get upset when asked a question. On top of using inappropriate language. We will not be returning to this location until there is more respectful employee's behind the counter.
