“This past Sunday, I was traveling from Houston to Dallas with my dog. I don't frequent Tractor Supply, but they allow leashed dogs. I thought this could be a good place for a restroom break.

When we entered the business, we were greeted by the manager, Jessica. I saw a sign on the door saying that dogs were welcome, but I wanted to be sure that it was ok. I asked Jessica and she confirmed that he was welcome with me. When I asked about using the restroom, she offered to hold him for me while I went. I declined and we proceeded.

A few days before, I was thinking about getting a new hummingbird feeder. Along the way to the restroom, there it was! The perfect hummingbird feeder! I picked one up on the way out because I don't expect to use their restroom for free, even though I'm sure it wouldn't have been able problem.

On the way to the register, I remembered something else that I wanted to check on while I was there. I wanted to get pricing and dimensions of rubber stall mats. I encountered David, and he walked us up to the register to look up that information.

While he was getting that info, Jessica politely asked if she could give my dog a treat. I forgot to get their names on the way out, but they made a lasting impression with their kindness and willingness to help.

A few days later, I was heading back the other direction from Dallas to Houston and decided to stop by to get their names to leave a nice review.

Guess what? I got another hummingbird feeder! Thank y'all for allowing my dog and I to stop by to use the facilities. I will most likely become a more frequent shopper at Tractor Supply because of my interaction with y'all.”
