We usually go to a Prosperity branch in another town, but happened to be in Madisonville today. It is a nice, spacious location and everybody we encountered was very friendly. I have not had any problems with Prosperity, so not understanding all these negative reviews.

The Madisonville prosperity Bank is awesome! All of the employees are very hospitable and willing to help. Any time that I've had any issues they were more than willing to go out of their way to resolve it. If you enjoy personal banking, then this is the one for you.
