“Staff great, very helpful & polite. Facilty better for short term and not very air tight. Could use a concrete ramp at Exit doors and maybe smoother load/unload area. I am fit for my older (female) age but carrying heavy boxes to truck over rocks or down a large step is not easy, ...but unit fit my needs at the time.”
