I was on the way back from Lake Conroe, when the shifter pole on my Harley E Glide became loose and I wasn’t able to shift down from 4th gear: I made it to roll to Advanced auto parts and wanted to buy tools. John who works in there and is also biker showed up and went with me outside to see what the problem was. He went back inside was handing me the required tools and helped me to fix it. After couple of minutes and a short chat I was back on the road rolling home. THANK YOU JOHN and thank you Advance Auto Parts! Even though I didn’t buy anything today I will get my Future parts there! Bikers are special 🍺🤘🏻

Jon was great! 👏👏👏 I was having major issues getting to the store with a dying battery. Got there, Jon knew his stuff and patiently/kindly walked me through the potential issues, answered my many many questions and discussed all my options (thank you, again!!) and got my battery replaced/car fixed up and back on the road in no time. Really appreciated his knowledge and friendly nature. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you, again, Jon!!

John the store manager so kindly helped me put my windshield wipers on. I didn't know what i purchased had pieces to take off for fitting so would've helped if I read the directions.

My daughter had a headlight out, Pep Boys quoted us $20 for headlight and $70 install
Went to Advance Auto Parts and John was extremely nice and changed the bulb , only had to pay for bulb

I would give this place a million stars.They saved me $75 on air filters and I was having trouble and they came out and helped me. Amazing service. I will only go to this store from now on. ?

I originally came to AAP for them to check the health of my car Battery. The lady that originally helped us wasn’t knowledgeable to any of questions I was having about my battery, so I decided I was going to go to another location. Well to my luck, the car didn’t want to start anymore so I had to get down and look for another person in the store hoping they could help me. The store manager, John L was AMAZING! He gave me advice and guided me into the direction I should take in order to replace my battery. Due to store policies he said they couldn’t replace my battery, so I was a little worried on how I was going to change it out in their parking lot with no tools. John quickly stepped in and gave us a generous discount on the battery, changed the battery himself, and gave me a free battery corrosion pads to protect my battery. John not only showed EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE but he also demonstrated EMPATHY, KINDNESS and LEADERSHIP. You are in great hands if you come to this location and work with John.

Came in absolutely stressed because one of my headlights was out and it was going to be getting dark soon. I was stressing since it's been so long since I've had to find a bulb for my headlights and I had already been to two other stores that didn't have the bulbs I needed. John helped me through the entire transaction, and was extremely kind and helpful. He helped me find the bulbs and put the bulbs in. I was having an awful day up until this point which left me extremely frustrated in tears. I've never cried in front of a service worker before you, so could imagine my embarrassment but John had so much compassion and empathy for me, and in my opinion went above and beyond his job requirement. We need more men like him in the automotive industry. Idk if he'll ever see this but thank you so much John for showing kindness to an absolute stranger on an awful day.

Parts Warranty Scam. Beware when you buy a product with a lifetime or perhaps other extended warranty. Two years ago, I bought some expensive wiper blades and was convinced to purchase the lifetime replacement warranty and was told that as long as I replaced them within a year of obtaining the last set the warranty would be lifetime. I replaced the first set of blades within a year and went for the second set before the second year date and was told that since I did not renew the warranty for $1.57 they were no longer under warranty. I was not told with the second set that I must renew the warranty which I would have done. The store is now not replacing the blades and apparently does not desire repeat business but instead finds a way out of warranty replacements. I will now shop at other auto part store companies. Poor customer service by them.
