Archer Services did a fantastic job at renovating my backyard. I feel like I'm at a resort. From start to finish, they answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept me up-to-date on the status and start time of my project. Customer service was great as well! I had one issue with some loose stones and they fixed it the same day! Truly amazing and worth the investment. It also was a cool experience to see the design team create 2D and 3D mockups of my project. It helped me visualize exactly what they planned to do. If you are questioning adding lighting, just do it. It's so beautiful at night.

Archer Services did an amazing job, and I could not be more satisfied with their work. They listened to what I wanted, came up with an incredible design that exceeded my expectations and then executed flawlessly. Mario, their Project Manager, was amazing and kept informed throughout the project. Marco'; Jose' de Jesus; Manuel V.; and Geofreddy were the hardest working individuals and their attention to detail was off the charts, BUT, more importantly they were just fun being around! I am going to miss them. I have already received so many compliments on what we have done, and the boulders are a game changer. I would 100% recommend them for your landscaping. They are GREAT folks!

I am very pleased with Archer Landscape Services. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and explained the work that needed to be done in a very clear manner. There were no unpleasant surprises, the honored the quote for the work and followed up on some grading issues weeks after they had been paid in full! That shows a high level of professionalism and doing what they said they would do. I highly recommend Archer to anyone considering a landscaping project - large or small.

This is not a service review this is a driving review . Today unfortunately your driver tailgated my new luxury vehicle he was so close if I slowed down for any reason he would have hit my family vehicle. Driving tip it’s just not safe to drive this way . It’s Texas and it just sooo unsafe .

Archer did a phenomenal job on installing a retaining wall, sprinklers, and sod at our home. The sod they installed is the most beautiful sod we have seen. We did have a few things that needed to be tweaked after our project was finished but they stuck around and came out to help us get it right. We are forever in their debt and will recommend to everyone! Thank you so much Paul, Michael, and Aaron and your amazing 5 member team that came here every day for a couple of weeks. :)

Landscape design - listened to our preferences and incorporated those preferences into the design. Offered expertise to suggest alternatives.
Scheduling - weekly updates on the status of our project start and end dates
Construction/maintenance - crew were polite and properly skilled for the job. Cleaned up daily. Supervisor kept us informed.
The final product transformed our yard beyond what I could envision. Street appeal is now worthy of pride.

Extremely displeased with this company. Just had a preliminary phone call with one of their managers who was extremely condescending and honestly made the conversation awkward.I would not recommend this company.

Had a horrible sales experience. Sales rep told me that’s not how we do things when I ask to have quote and design emailed to me told me that I needed to give him an $800 retainer and then they will get started on the project when we haven’t even seen the plans for the project. I would highly not recommend this company for the first impressions in sales and it was horrible.

Archer Services did an outstanding job re-doing the landscaping at our house in Tomball---front and backyard. Their design was exactly what we wanted...Aaron, Paul, Michael, Brandon, and Regina were not only professional but understood our goals and executed the design flawlessly. Their crews were so proficient, diligent, and talented...they worked long hours daily and endured the oppressive heat without a hint of quit in them. Very impressive work ethic...finished on time as planned, on budget, and we are very pleased. We will use them again and recommend these folks wholeheartedly! Archer was selected for a large project that completely re-designed our existing backyard and pool landscaping. I was looking for a professional landscaping company that could execute this multi-month project on time, on budget and with high quality.The Archer teams always arrived on time in the morning and worked long hours each day. The project Manager (Ryan) was on site at the beginning and end of every day, overseeing the day's work. There was a lot of coordination needed with the pool remodel contractor which was handled well.Like any large project with multiple contractors, there were times when we had to sort things out and I was very pleased with Archer's commitment to high-quality work and their scope of responsibility. They have consistently addressed post-project work without dispute, standing up to their commitment to high-quality, warranted work.I have referred them to friends several times already and they have earned all of my yard service work.Services: Landscape installations

We just recently had Archer Services modify our backyard to improve water drainage and aesthetics. While the final product looks good. The process to get to the end was terrible. They are terrible at communication (email only), do not pay attention to the details and do not deliver on the quality they promise. However, they will tell you multiple times they are "doing their best". Well their "best" is not worth the $40,000 I spent with them. They scheduled the work during the only week in June we asked them to avoid. They said the job would take 5 days. It took 11 days. The project manager showed up at our house and never once introduced himself or asked when we would like to walk through the job. We had to go outside to find him and request a walk through of the job before his crew started. They installed an arbor and swing we purchased but failed to look at the dimensions of the swing before installing the Arbor which required them to have to move the Arbor. They then tried to tell me they did me a favor in moving the Arbor. They also told me to order the wrong length of rope for the swing so now we need a step ladder to get onto the swing. At the end of the job we wrote them an email noting items they hung us out to dry on and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email or call me to discuss it.
