Purchased my 2015 BMW 5 series from here. Drove off and within about 15 minutes the low oil light came on. Took it to an auto repair shop and it cost us an EXTRA $4,000 right after we bought it. The mechanic said there was zero chance it could have been missed by the seller since it was so obviously leaking oil. Extremely deceptive practices by the owner. If I could give a negative star rating I would in a heartbeat. This experience has completely changed how we view buying a car and we will NEVER buy a used car again!!!

Do not ask for Gabriel! Very rude and all he did was stand around and hover silently while we checked out the vehicle. Only time he spoke was when he asked (a few times might I add) “what’s your down payment gonna be like”. Sir, I’m just looking at the vehicle. Can you give me a minute? Clearly didn’t want a sale today. Avoid the salesman Gabriel!

BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible customer service. Actually they’re very prejudice towards women and blacks, and very unprofessional! We drove 2 hours to get there, the paint was in horrible condition, paint can be fixed but overpriced. However, I’m not giving my money to anyone that is rude and prejudice! They acted like we were a problem and disturbing them by even being there. They do not keep their vehicles up to maintenance as well. If they could have received 0 stars, then this was our experience today.

Definitely Highly Recommend Auto Woodlands, Inc.
From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I was greeted with a nice welcome! From there, the purchase of my 2006 Honda CR-V was a breeze! Prior to my arrival on site, with their user friendly website, I already knew what I was seeking. There was no pressure, no haggle, and the utmost patience with me too. Every step of the way, through my purchase was so easy, pleasant and everything down to the financing was clearly explained. Thank you Tino & Gabriel!! You guys are great!!! I will always recommend you. Happy :) with my new wheels and appreciate the ease of the entire process.

Normally I don't give car dealerships five stars cuz I was incredibly skeptical of ones in the past and this one but these guys were awesome they let you test drive it before you buy and they're very thorough on everything

I gave 4 stars instead of 2 because it is an AS IS car lot and the owner was a very nice, patient individual. I drove from Katy, Tx because the perfect mom car was at this lot. Well, I thought it was the perfect mom car. It had a few blemishes, scuffs, and very minor damage but I didn’t mind for its age. Mileage was within its range for its age. No engine light on. Well taken care of vehicle from the human eye. (Definitely not by a mechanic’s eye, which I wish I had there). I test drove the vehicle and knew something was wrong but it didn’t seem like anything major. This is the 6th car that I’ve owned so I figured, I could tell when something major is wrong. I mention to the owner that it does not pick up in speed quickly and it seems the oils may be very low. Fast forward, I started to smell a strong smell the following day while driving. Totally freaked me out. I took it the auto shop and received my estimate of services. $7000 worth of work needing to be done. So, my SUV that was purchased at $16000 ended up really being $23,000. I say all of this to say, be sure you bring a mechanic out or ask can it be taken to a shop for diagnostic testing to avoid an unexpected major cost after purchase. This really sucks but again, I love and I learn. This pushed me back in goals for a few years to come, for sure. So advice to future customers, BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU! I wanted to give my story to help future buyers who may not be able to get those underlying conditions fixed, like I am barely able to do.

I walked out the same day with a great working 2007 Nissan Titan and I was provided with excellent customer service when communicating when my plates are to be delivered and with any other questions I had. Highly recommend!

Complete waste of time. My appointment was at 10am with Tino, but he was unavailable so I was assisted by another employee who provided very little information about the car I was interested in. I was able to test drive it and noticed the front bumper was damaged, the rotors needed to be replaced, and none of the technology worked on the inside. The radio, backup camera, nothing. When I asked the rep what could be the problem, he responded he didn't know. He also refused to provide me with the car fax. When I asked for Tino's contact information, I was told he'll be in soon, so I waited at least 30 minutes before I drove away.

Only called in but the older sounding gentleman over the phone said I wouldn’t be able to see the car today because it’s in the shop and they forgot to pick it up. Car has been available online for 19 days. I asked if he can match a CarMax offer, he said it depends, then I told him my trade in and said I’m ready to go as soon as they get the car, I’ve got good credit and I don’t like wasting time so I’d be in there as soon as possible, he said that he’s not interested and I we Reiterated again But he made some snarky remark and I got irritated so I promptly said, thanks for nothing pal and hung up. Huge waste of time, not interested and doing business with people like this. Bad business over the phone, probably means bad business.

Tino sold a vehicle knowing the transmission was no good I will be taking legal action regarding this matter . Stay far away from this place . Will be reporting this dealer.
Update : the car doesn’t even drive we went back and forward trying to find a solution and you basically ignored me . I’m not paying for a vehicle that doesn’t work . I’ve made a report to the dmv and they have forwarded everything to an attorney as you have not followed the laws and guidelines required by the state of Texas be blessed .

Going on 4 years now that I purchased my car from here when I was pregnant with my second baby and it has been such a great vehicle. I’ve only had to do basic maintenance to my car. My next car we will definitely purchase here.
