Every weekend this Bank of America allows a "Sheepadoodle" stand selling puppies. With all of the full shelters and thousands of euthanized dogs, I can't believe this bank allows this.Embarrassed to be a customer!

Great experience at this location. We were greeted when we arrived, and there was a very friendly teller available right away to assist us. No waiting and a friendly, knowledgeable teller.

“With drive through service” What a lie! ? Every time I have to come here there is never anyone at the drive through although it is “open.” You will sit and wait for nothing. Then you’ll go inside where you find one teller, a long line, and at least 2 other bank employees will come up to ask you why you’re there but they won’t help you, they’ll just say ok and walk away.They should hire more tellers and have less people walking around asking all the customers why they’re there. I’ll give them a hint. If we’re in line for the teller it’s probably either to give them money or get money from them. Shocking!

Waited in line for 20-25 minutes to see a teller. New client trying to get cash and apparently I “didn’t know my PIN” so I wasn’t allowed to take out my money? I had plenty of forms of identification on me.

Just like the TOMBALL Texas branch excuse after excuse as to why they can’t take a hold off a check! In all my life I have never had a hold put on a check for 7 day’s! I hate to see how long they would hold a check over 2500.00! Will be moving banks soon! ??

Very rude staff, they think they own your money!! They don’t know what they doing! The women Zara I think she is the manager ! What a terrible manager, she really needs some customer service training! Learn how to treat the people that give business to this bank, is ridiculous she thinks she owns people money and the Indian too. I don’t want any business with this bank any more they are not for the customers. Don’t think your Money is safe with this bank because it’s not !!

Have been a Bank of America customer for over 15 years. Walk in because I need to make a domestic wire. The lady ask me, do you have an appointment. I said, no I just came to the bank like a normal person to take care of this. She then tells me, yeah we don’t have an opening for another hour would you like me to schedule your appointment? I said, no and then walked out. Customer service and personal touch is pretty much gone.

What a terrible branch. Been with BOA FOR 15 years and never seen a branch this bad. Called all morning to ask a fairly simple question and after 2 hours of trying to get someone on the line, I decided to drive up to the branch to see why nobody would answer. When I walk in, there are 2 customers in the building and staff standing around. I stood in the middle of the branch and called the number again and not one phone rang. I asked why this was and was told “it’s because the phone is in the back”. I then asked if there was anyone in the back that was going to answer the phone as I called it again and the she told me “ oh, actually I think they were having some problems with the phone system this morning”. Can someone tell me how a branch has such terrible reviews and nothing is being done about it?!
