The next time you need your key fob battery replaced in half a min for $15, go to Batteries, Bulbs and More in Magnolia. Wish I would have been aware of them a few years ago. My other key fob remains in pieces as a result of my attempt....

I had left a 5 star review on the phone repair side of things for Garret a year ago, however as a returning customer I felt I needed to share what an awful experience I had this past time with “Ryan”, the owner.
First and foremost, anyone planning on going to batteries plus phone repair needs to be forwarded and understand when you bring in a phone for repair, Ryan does not tell you this but you are LAST PRIORITY. If you bring in a repair and nobody is there and it seems you came at the right time that can change at any moment and your timeline can be drastically increased. See this would not necessarily be a huge issues if FOREWARNED, but your time is your word and even giving another 30-35 minutes customers too have other schedules to stand by. FROM THIS POINT FORWARD, BATTERIES PLUS SHOULD CHANGE THEIR POLICY AND GIVE NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS.
We are going to be working on this with corporate.
In other words, your repair will only be completed if no other customers come in, which will ultimately jump ahead regardless to scope of job: ie watch batterie(s) and vehicle or small device batteries removal, diagnostic, repair….took some time while we waited looking at our phone on back counter not being touched…
Ryan didn’t tell us that as we would have happily gone else where or came back another day, but our past encounter gave us no warning he was not going to do what he said or at least apologize and be a bit humble.
We ran some errands and came back well after his timeline and he said laughing I have not got to your phone; I had some watch batteries and other customers to tend too, wth?
So we just get pushed aside in hopes this changes? What kind of business model is that? We can only guess the phones aren’t very profitable. Again,
in short batteries plus took a happy returning client and irritated us by not only being honest and fair but being cute when we asked for the phone after giving you an additional 30mins to your 45 minute claim. That said, we have made contact with Ryan’s corporate franchisee in WI and do plan on talking with someone higher up with their corporate management team in hopes they correct such protocols with easily avoidable and such mishaps for other clients trust. The trend in failing reviews says a lot Ryan, tighten up sir and try to be a bit more grateful to cheery and returning customers that pay your bills.
Cue, the nonsense reactions Google owners squirm and are full of, as this testimonial is as it happened, period.
The short, we will take our time and money across the street or to someone more thoughtful and appreciative of returning clientele.

Had my phone repaired here over the weekend. Cracked screen. They repaired the screen, suggested replacing battery. Okay, $220.00 repair. Later that day once my earphones died, I discover I can only hear calls by by using speaker and now I can hear something rattling in the phone. So, I call them and ask for them to take a look at the phone since prior to the repair we did not have this issue. Long story short, sorry not our problem but we can fix it for 100.00 bucks. You have got to be kidding me. He also tried to indicate I probably had the issue before we brought it in. Then he told me that they tested them before they sent them out. Which is funny because the first time they gave it back the SCREEN DID'NT work, and they had to do a quick repair of their repair. Just do the right thing by your customers. After calling corporate they are now saying they will fix the phone, but the camera face ID won't work any longer. I will continue to update the review as things progress.
