I would like to thank Stephanie for resolving the issues with my account. It's hard to find good customer service service but she is good at handling customer service. I will refer people needing a storage room to Storage King USA. Thank you for all your help.

I was able to tolerate the never ending rent increases, termination of prepaid credits, broken overhead lights raining down plastic, leaking roofs, and insurance policy requirements but when the facility was hit by catalytic converter thieves in Aug 2022 (a total of 6+ motorhomes had cats cut off in the lot) I was disappointed. Granted, bad things happen, but Storage King did not bother to report to customers that a theft had occurred and to check property and/or vehicles even though a customer had already reported an issue with their motorhome weeks earlier. I asked if they would be able to extend a simple credit to help offset (or share) in some of the pain for each of the numerous customers that will be impacted by this theft, they said it was "against policy".Guess they will offer those credits to new customers like they advertise on their websites? Bizarre way to treat long time customers. This is not the fault of the office staff, they help as much as they can. They just happen to work for a lousy company. If you own a motorhome, store it elsewhere.

I own my own business and having access round the clock is a must. Security here at 151 is better than most. Lots of cameras. The lady up front is constantly out and about checking on things and securing locks. I Ran to the store and forgot to put my lock on and within 20 minutes got a call about not having a lock on my unit. Love the extra attention to detail. Very clean place. No junk or shady looking people. Yes I would tell friends to rent here. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I’ll pay the extra 10-20 for peace of mind and ensuring my life’s work is safe and dry

If you're looking for a storage then look no further! This place is the best storage I've ever rented at. To make things even better, the customer service I received was top tier! Big shout outs to Stephanie in making me feel welcomed and for being so professional! 10/10 recommend! Ask for Stephanie!

Lealani is the best!! Hire more Lealani's. Storage King is an excellent storage location for your RV, Travel Trailer, Boat, Car, etc.The staff is very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I just sold my Travel Trailer, so I am no longer in need of a storage unit. But if in the future, I need one, it will definitely be Storage King USA, Egypt Lane.

I started renting from this location back in 2016 when it was under local ownership. After Storage King bought them out, my unit went from $140 to $180. I cancelled and moved out Jan 2022. Guess who hasn't gotten their deposit money back yet? It's June 2022 and I've called repeatedly. lalani was very helpful for awhile but I never got anywhere. Now I guess she is gone. Would I rent from this company? Hell no, not if you want your deposit back. Philip White, unit 186 if anyone at the company cares.
