I came into the establishment around 2pm on Thursday, August 14, 2025. I went in to buy boxes and though this location doesn't sell them, the person behind the counter was so courteous and helpful. It's so rare these days to find people in the service industry who even greet guests, let alone are pleasant and thorough in the process of helping them. I was very impressed!

One star but I'd go lower if I could. I stored my travel trailer at their 34501 HWY 249 location in Pinehurst. I came in mid month because I thought it was a good value. The travel traveler was broken into twice in less than a month. I was charged for 2 months but after the second break in I gave noticed that i was vacating immediately. The owner will not refund any portion or even talk with me about it. This facility is not secure and it does not have 24 hour access unless you are a thief. Avoid Blackwell Mini Storage if you value your belongings then pay a bit more to keep them some place safe.

Off 6745 FM 2920 Road, Spring, TX 77379. Great atmosphere, Great Service, and friendly people that run the place. The two ladies and the gentleman that answers the phone after. Reccomend this business 1000%.

Absolutely love them, they're incredibly friendly and have really great prices on units. Have 24 hr access and the units and buildings are always super clean. Highly recommend! Paying is super easy aswell, can keep a card on file for automatic payments, call in, or can just drop off the cash and it's applied to your account within the day. They're very willing to work with you if you're a little late on your payment and they have a lock in contract price so theres no changing prices with the unit over time. Also, though there is a late fee after a certain time, they're not outrageous late fees. I used a different company for awhile and they were always changing their unit amounts, which was very inconvenient and frankly just a pain. Blackwell makes my storage need stress free.

They were Nice to us at first we gave them more than 10 days notice like contract said and she still Dismissed my Notice in the end anyways. Said we still owed January's rent. Basically found another Reason as to why we still should pay them to support their Business. We paid them their Jan rent payment didn't have any of our belongings in the unit anymore but still we paid. You might want to think twice about renting here.
