Walked in at 5 pm and asked the guy if they had Wi-Fi. He asked me why? What do I need it for? I said to sign in to my account because I have some questions. He said our computers are connected to the internet. I said I need it to connect my phone to your internet. Again he asked why. Understand this is a Boost Mobile store that sells phones and services. He just stood there giving me a dirty look. Obviously with a chip on his shoulder.
I turned around and said Forget It as I walked away of the door.
Stay away from here!

Worst customer service EVER, the man behind the counter was no help at all. First off the attitude from this guy from the very beginning, and didn’t give me information on my set pay just rude over all. These are the type of people that shouldn’t be behind a store counter.

On February 23, I went into this location to add a new line to my plan that I was transferring over from T-Mobile. The guy told me it was gonna cost me 98 something dollars for the first months bill and an activation fee I gave him $100 bill he told me my change out of that hundred dollar bill was $1.97. I told him to keep the change because he had told me he didn’t have change to give me back out of the hundred I asked for a receipt he gave me a receipt. The next day I got charged $31 went back into the store asked him what the charge was for. He told me to call customer service I did that customer service said they didn’t know what it really was that they would try to refund me my money back in seven days seven days came and went so I disputed it with my bank made my payment on the 24th of this month which is 110 today which is the 27th. My phone got turned off for the $31 called customer service back. They told me that the guy that I gave my hundred dollars to only put $1.97 towards my account so he pocketed $68 of my money went back in the store today they tried to tell me that customer service was lying to me. My money went here. My money went there. The cops ended up coming out. They ended up the manager ended up paying out of his own pocket to get my phones turned back on. This is just a sad situation that you give someone money to get a phone activated and they pocketed the money and try to give you the runaround. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had never had any problem with Boost Mobile before, but this location is terrible and I would not go in there ever and give them cash and Expect Them to do what they’re supposed to do. They’re gonna pocket your money

This absolutely the worst boost store I have been too. Customer service is horrible and they will sell you a supposed new phone at a price 3 times the advertised price and then charge you a $45 activation fee and then charge tax on the activation fee. And then give you a itemized receipt that does not match what they charged you. Absolutely Horrible Store and Horrific Customer Service

Worst experience ever! Been going back and forth to no solution regarding the new phone's I purchased that have issues. I'm just getting my full refund and going elsewhere. Boost may be a good company but this store is giving their name a bad reputation

The guy there (who’s always there!) 😁, is such an awesome, intelligent, polite, helpful and hands on guy. He’s ready, willing and patient to help you with all of your phone needs. I definitely recommend THIS Boost Store!!
