“I haven’t personally done business with this company, but I wanted to share an experience that says a lot about their character.

While driving down FM 1488, my rear driver-side tire suddenly blew out. I pulled into their driveway and went to put on my spare, only to discover my lug wrench was missing. Feeling stressed and stranded, I walked into their office and asked if anyone had one I could borrow.

Not only did they immediately offer to help, but several employees came outside to check on me throughout the process. One gentleman even brought me a cup of water while I worked on changing the tire.

If they build metal buildings and roofs with the same level of care, professionalism, and kindness that they showed a complete stranger on the side of the road, they’ve definitely earned my business. Thank you again for your help!”

“Spoke to Mr. MITCHEL, then spoke to Miss Shelby who spoke with me and she was patient enough to hear my description of my side paneling that I couldn't find anywhere else.. Then once my order was confirmed, DUSTIN was there to help us load the siding on my truck..then DUSTIN came back as we were struggling to tie the material down. DUSTIN also came back a 3rd time , he saw we needed help again as the tie down was keeping the tailgate from closing completely..Overall, McCoys has the right employees in the right place.
