Another fail in customer service by this bank. I have an issue with my account and despite the fact that there were at least two bankers doing nothing, I was told that they would not help me and that I needed to make an appointment in the app and come back later that day. And they wonder why I always refuse their Private Client offers! I have to get better service for my existing accounts before I give them any more business.
The last time I made an appointment, I drove all the way there and the person with whom I had an appointment was not even working that day, and rather than have someone else help me, I had to make another appointment.

Had a great experience with teller. Patient and was able to thoroughly explain a process to me. Tried for hours over the phone and 5 minutes with the teller got me the answers I needed. 4-star only because of my experience on tele-teller and able to find the info I needed online.

Manager has poor customer service skills. Branch unknowledgeable of how to close accounts and release account funds following the death of an account holder. Court documents/affidavit in hand and I spent over an hour in their branch and I could not get the necessary assistance. Went to a different branch and they helped me within 10 minutes. If you're an account holder the new branch near the high school & HEB off Buckeye is phenomenal!

We experienced the best customer service from Ricky Terrones at the Chase Magnolia location. We were having issues with fraud on our account and he worked quickly to help shut down the account. He is kind, respectful, and attentive! We have received far less service in other area banks being told in person that we needed to contact customer service for help versus them helping us in person... Thank you, Ricky, for your help!! Can never get ahold of this bank to ask questions over the phone. You have to drive up there if you want info from them.

Today I not only want to give 5 stars for Chase Bank, but especially for Miss Blanca Lopez. Their treatment was incredibly good and I can safely say that I am a pleased customer. For a month now I have had problems with my Chase account, and even though I received very good treatment at other branches I was always left with the feeling that something needed to be done, because my problem was still unresolved. Today I wanted to try my luck once again, and Miss Lopez was understanding and cordial with my situation. He literally did EVERYTHING that could have been done on his part, even though it took up a full hour of his time. Given the situation, she offered to finish the entire process herself so as not to make me wait unnecessarily longer and she did so. He stayed in communication with me and everything seems to indicate that this time everything will be resolved. However, I have to say that even if it is still not resolved, I was very happy to have received such careful attention. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

They always do me right! They even made sure my new LLC card was retrieved at my office. I deal with several banks and this branch is top notch! From the manager to the tellers! Makes me feel I back in the day of customer service. Even my bucky likes going ????
