I tried to take my daughter here tonight. we got here at 550pm, google says they close at 7pm. as soon as we walked in the door the lady says they are closing at 6pm.. I said “oh. google says 7pm. y’all should update that.” she became argumentative and said the hours are on the door, but we could continue to shop. Obviously shopping for 10 minutes wasn’t going to be enough time so we left. Based off of previous reviews she seems to be notorious of this. we’ll be shopping at a different location from now on.

I don't understand the need for attitude when I call to ask if there's an item in stock. Its always the same black lady who answers the phone and gives so much attitude for no reason. Im 30 minutes away, I don't always have the luxury of driving down every single time to see if they have the item im looking for in stock. If I could, I would, JUST to avoid her rude self. I'm always polite and cordial when I call, but i always get attitude for asking simple questions from this lady. She has also lied in the past before and will tell me they don't have the item, when in fact they do. I've called to ask, just to be told no, then I'll drive down there same day just to find out they did in fact had the item in question. Shes constantly telling me to go check Woodlands location, go check online... maybe she should check her attitude. If you don't like your job, DONT WORK THERE. This claires is awful.

Why are they never open? I have tried to come here a handful of times and it’s never open. It’s currently 10:18. Supposed to be open at 10am. No one is here and no one answering the phone.

Second time visiting Magnolia location, shopped for 30 minutes only to be told the credit card machine does not work. Then the lady announced this to the entire store and everyone clears out. Not sure how the store remains open like this. Frustrating to say the least!

I placed an online order on September 23rd, showed up a couple of hours later and was told that the Internet was down so they were only accepting cash and they could not give me the online order until the Internet was working. They said I could get cash and come back and buy it in store and then cancel the online order. That's exactly what I did, and I was told by the associate that it would be canceled as soon as the Internet was working. I called the next day, talked to different associates, who said that they would cancel the order. And they told me to call back on Monday just to make sure. So I had to call back on Monday, and they said that it would be canceled. Well, I'm looking at my bank statement a month later and it was never refunded so I had to call back and do that and who knows, it might not even be canceled this time either. They just want your money. And they're always having "Internet issues". Find a different store.

Really bad experience I went 2 months ago to get my daughter pierce and the manager idk her name but I believe is the manager she was rude I let it go but my daughter lock earrings got lost I got the earrings but not the lock so I went and she said I had to buy another pair I called the one on the woodlands mall and they said they will give me free ones so mad because I live in spring and had to drive to 1488 and then drive to woodlands mall never going back to this store no wonder looks slow

The store manager was extremely rude I had to call another location to find out her name is sam. I asked her for her name over the phone and she hung up on me. I called back and asked the other young woman her managers name and she hung up on me again. And the third time I called the just hung up before I could say anything. If this is how you run a business I will be talking to the BBB.

The lady (manager) that works here is HORRIBLE. She closed whenever she feels like it and kicked us out to use the restroom and put the break at 30 minutes!!!! People have things to do!! She is sooooo LAZY!!

I went to the location in Magnolia yesterday to do Valentines shopping for my granddaughters. I drove 30 minutes one way to get there when they open at 10:00 am according to their website. I arrive at 10 and a lady holding a dog opens the door but a man is coming out carrying signs and boxes. Myself and another gentleman are there waiting to go in and she tells us they don't open until 11:00 am. I told her you need to change your website and she laughed! Needless to say, I went to Target down the way and gave them my business.

I was looking for earring guards (hard to find) they have a selection of two different types so I purchased both. Also wanted a set of small matching earrings for my ear lobes, mine are doubled pierced and sensitive. The young lady working was extremely helpful I walked away with 3 pair. I'm very pleased and am thankful for the assistance. I'll definitely come back.
