I dropped off quite a stack of clothes to be dry cleaned for a wedding on a Tuesday or Wednesday. I was told they'd be ready Thursday after 5. I went by Thursday and they were closed because we had a bad storm that came through. No worries, I understood. Friday I go to pick up my clothes and the lady working tells me there power is out so unless I have cash I can't get my clothes. I ask how much I owe because I don't have a ton of cash. She tells me she doesn't know and makes it seem very inconvenient for her to go look for my clothes to tell me. She tells me $40. I had $18. I understand again about the storm but the fact they couldn't accept Zelle or Venmo or anything else was ridiculous. She suggests I go to an ATM and come back. My bank doesn't have a location here so I'd have to pay a fee to them and my bank to use their ATM, not to mention back track. I leave and ask my husband to stop working to go pick up the clothes because I had some where to be. I found her to be rude and the place not very accommodating.

Good folks and very reliable. Never have had an issue with missing cloths or delays. Been with them for a few years now. I always pick up promptly and they don't miss.

Always a great experience here- alway greater with a smile- they now me by name- and if you look around the community they are a team player- they sponsor the kids and schools including my kids for years while they were racing- if your looking for a place you can trust- look no more

OCT 10,2022 , THANKS TO THE OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS BUSINESS THAT GAVE ME A SIMPLY LICENSE PLATE TO MY TRUCK AFTER AN ACCIDENT ON THE CORNER OF NICHOLS SAWMILL AND fm1774 THIS EMPLOYEE WAS ATTENDING AND CONCERNED ABOUT OUR WELFARE AND HAD SHE NOT GOTTEN MY ATTENTION AFTERWARDS, I WOULD HAVE HAD A WORSER ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT THE TRAILER HITCH WAS BROKEN AND SHE MADE ME AWARE BY SIMPLY GIVING ME THE LICENSE PLATE ,,I AM FOREVER BLESSED AND GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR PLANTING ANGELS EVERYWHERE THEY CAN MOVE FORWARD IN ACTIONS LIKE THIS EMPLOYEE,TO THE OWNERS PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE YOUR EMPLOYEES OF A JOB WELL DONE!!!

I’ve been coming here weekly for many years and only had 2 incidents where my husbands clothes were messed up. They quickly offered a solution. The employees have always been friendly and courteous. They know it’s me just by seeing my car.

Almost a week late for most of the batch of cleaning, having paid for one article that was ready on time, was told a price for the reminder but on arrival home it looks like I paid twice for the first item.
