I want to give a big thank you to Angie and Lisa for their outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming, professional, and helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Their kindness and positive attitude truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Very nice staff, property is always very well kept and clean and they have camper, boat & trailer spaces in addition to the climate controlled units. Mrs. Sharelle is always so friendly anytime I stop in.

I've had the best renting experience with this location and most importantly the lovely lady running. Mrs. Sharelle is always so sweet today while I was visiting my unit she stopped by to greet me and asked if I was OK or needed any water or anything and then we sat and talked for a good bit she is so very kind and thoughtful. The facility and grounds are always very well kept and the security is top tier as well. But to me the efforts put into the customer service and getting to know renters personally and offering a cold beverage is what blew my mind I've never had a rental experience like that before and I've rented a lot! You get it all at this location guys, security, cleanliness AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go see Mrs. Sharelle she'll take good care of you!

The manager, Sharelle did an absolutely amazing job taking care of us while we were there looking at the facilities. She took her time, answered our questions and made us truly feel welcome there. I highly recommend them.

Don’t be fooled by their online prices. I rented a 10x10 unit in July of 2023 because the $100 rate was good for a climate controlled unit. Simply Storage was bought by Public Storage a few months later. Soon after, in November or December 2023 the rent went up to $140. I was given a 3 month delay in the increase after complaining about bait and switch. Now I got notice that my rent will increase to $183 on October 1, 2024. That is almost a 100% increase in a little over a year. Yet they are currently advertising these units for $114!
It’s incredibly unfortunate this is how they choose to do business. I paid for a moving truck and two men to move my stuff into affordable storage and now have to spend that money again to get out because I surely can’t afford to keep up with these increases either.
I will never willingly rent from Public Storage.
